In general many people fear the thought of sharing with another that they have had a spiritual type encounter with spirits, ghost, angels, a passed soul, etc. Most of the time the thoughts or feelings are written off as a fluke or part of one’s imagination and are blocked from that person’s life for many years and possibly a lifetime until the contact continues to where it cannot be avoided. Often at this time is when life becomes so difficult that outside help is sought. (It is also at this time of difficulty when the living can and often is approached by spirits of one type or another).
People are often fearing the commonly thought diagnosis of schizophrenic. Too often people who are experiencing high levels of spirit contact are placed on medications that subdue thoughts and tranquilize the person seeking help from the doctors. If schizophrenic is not a possibility then the spiritual basis of communication needs to be considered.
